Jane Zubia of Satin Gaits
Before Jane could walk she was riding with her Mom on trails. At age 4 she could ride her own horse. Her love and the gift of communication with horses has been her life's passion. Jane, at the start of her career, apprenticed under Sheila Varian of Arroyo Grande, CA. for over 3 years. She has trained in several well known breeding & gaited horse farms. Jane enjoys the show ring, but feels that her place is in the training of gaited horses. Jane Zubia takes to the road in touching both the horse and rider with her gift of "Unified Communication".
Jane has also worked with several well known clinicians over the years: Tom Dorrance, Ray Hunt, Pat Parelli, Buck Brannaman, Bryan Neubert and Clinton Anderson. She feels very blessed for their sharing and encouragement.
Her special gift of "Unified Communication". is witnessed in a short time between horse and rider. The changes that take place are simply amazing. After a lesson with Jane Zubia, both horse and rider are enriched with knowledge of open communication, and both are smiling. Marriage Counselor!!??? Her work day is now fulfilled.
Jane has journeyed with the horse for many years. She has experienced and seen an abundance of things that she now desires to share with others.
Jane travels throughout the western states, sharing her knowledge and expertise. She works with individuals in private lessons, or small clinics. As every horse and rider is an individual, so are the possibilities of classes with Jane.
Every horse owner has hopes and dreams about their horse. Hope that they bought the right horse. Hope that, if they encounter a problem with their horse, that they will find the right person to help. Everyone has dreams, whether it is riding off into the sunset on their "Black Beauty" or accomplishing something they have dreamed about after much effort.
Jane is helping make dreams come true, because she sees a winner in every horse, and is giving back hope to their riders through her teachings.

"My personal goal: I have a real passion to spark others to achieve a higher degree of understanding and communication with their horse. when this occurs, neither one has to give in, instead they transcend to a better relationship.
